You can submit maintenance and repair requests regarding your apartment either electronically or by calling our office. We aim to handle service requests as soon as possible.
In case of an issue requiring immediate repair, please notify the property management office without delay or call the property maintenance service number.
Before submitting a service request, please take a moment to check whether any basic troubleshooting has already been done. Providing this information helps us better understand the situation and respond more efficiently. Here are some examples of checks you can perform before reporting an issue:

If an appliance is not working, have you checked the fuse? Try switching an automatic fuse off and back on, or replacing a screw-type fuse.

TV signal issues: Have you checked whether your neighbors are experiencing the same problem? Have you tried connecting the TV to a different socket or using another antenna cable?

Appliance problems: Have you unplugged the device and tried another socket? Have you tested the socket with a different device for example, hairdryer?

Car heater socket not working: Have you checked that the residual-current device (RCD) on the post is in the “on” position? Try switching it off and back on.

Car heater timer: Have you tested whether the timer works by plugging in a device for example, hairdryer and checking if it turns on at the expected time?

Car heater timer help: If you’re unsure how the timer works, ask a neighbor for assistance, or call the office. You can also send us a photo of the timer so we can identify the model – usage can vary between different timers.

Refrigerator/freezer issues: When was the last time the freezer was defrosted? Have you pulled out the fridge and vacuumed behind it?

Light fixture not working: Have you tried replacing the bulb?

Doorbell not working: Have you tried replacing the batteries?

Toilet leakage: You can check if the toilet is leaking by pressing a piece of toilet paper against the inside back wall of the bowl (where the water flows in). If the paper gets wet even when the toilet hasn’t been used, it may be leaking. In apartments with individual water meters, you can also check the meter—if it moves when no water is being used, there may be a leak.

Toilet leakage prevention: To avoid unnecessary water consumption while waiting for repairs, you can close the water supply valve behind the toilet. This prevents the tank from constantly refilling between uses.

Leaking faucet: Does it leak from the base or elsewhere? Does it only leak when in use or continuously?
