SMOKING BAN
Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors for rental agreements signed after August 1, 2022.
INTERNET & TV SERVICES
Lounea broadband (10 Mbps) is included in the rent and available in all apartments.
We are currently transitioning from Elisa to Lounea, so some properties may still be using Elisa.
For more information about the broadband service currently in use at your location, please contact our customer service.
All the properties have cable-tv by Lounea.
PARKING AND DRIVING IN THE PROPERTY AREA
Please follow parking and driving rules on the property.
The example map shows:

Tenants are responsible for ensuring that their guests follow the same rules.
Emergency Access Roads
Driving on emergency routes is strictly forbidden — it disturbs other residents and can damage the ground (causing mud and potholes).
✅ Always use designated driveways to enter the property — never cut across an emergency route.
Emergency routes include:

All paths leading from the public road to the building

The walkway in front of the building
Important Rules:

Do not park vehicles or pile snow on emergency access roads

Do not place light poles, plants, or other obstructions that could hinder emergency vehicle access

Tenants and guests must keep emergency routes clear at all times

Illegally parked cars can be monitored by the maintenance company or police

PARKING

Only marked parking spaces may be used for vehicles.

These are usually equipped with heating outlets for vehicle block heaters.
Important Guidelines for Heating Pole Use:
❌ Do NOT use interior heaters (e.g., fan heaters) inside your car
⚡ The electrical system is not designed for heavy loads
⚠️ Overuse may blow fuses and cut off power to the entire parking area, disabling car heaters for all residents until repairs are completed
NEAR WASTE COLLECTION AREAS
Do not park near waste bins — garbage trucks will still charge for collection even if bins can’t be emptied.
This causes unnecessary costs and leads to overflowing trash.
PARKING SITUATION AND FUTURE SOLUTIONS
We understand that some properties may have a shortage of extra parking spaces, which can lead to incorrect parking practices.
