We have different prices depending on how many family members share the same room:
- Four residents 450 €/month/family
- Three residents 410 €/month/family
- Two residents 370 €/month/family
The rent includes heating, electricity, water, furniture, wifi and one bus ticket (route Seinäjoki-Ilmajoki).
The apartment is also equipped with basic supplies, such as kitchen essentials. Tenants are required to bring their own personal hygiene items, such as towels, bed linen and similar necessities. The bus ticket is valid for one month at a time and is registered to the tenant’s name. It is included in the rent and can be used freely on the Seinäjoki–Ilmajoki route, with no limit on
the number of journeys. The bus ticket is valid only for a student in the family.

When accepting the offer or filling the application, you must indicate which type of room (as mentioned above) you would like to live in, as this will affect the amount of your rent. We will take your preference into account; however, please note that as the building fills up, not all options may remain available, and we may need to assign you a room from those that are still vacant.
When accepting the apartment, please indicate the date from which the tenancy agreement will begin. The same date will determine both the start of your rent payment and the move-in date.
