Notice for students regarding housing and offer conditions
We have different prices depending on how many residents share the same room:
- Four residents 350 €/month/person
- Three residents 380 €/month/person
- Two residents 435 €/month/person
- One resident 485 €/month/person
The rent includes heating, electricity, water, furniture, wifi and bus ticket (route Seinäjoki-Ilmajoki).
Please note that the price shown in the offer is higher than what the actual rent will be. Our system is not able to display the correct price in the housing offer.
When accepting the offer, you must indicate which type of room (as mentioned above) you would like to live in, as this will affect the amount of your rent. We will take your preference into account; however, please note that as the building fills up, not all options may remain available, and we may need to assign you a room from those that are still vacant.
When accepting the offer, please indicate the date from which the tenancy agreement will begin. The same date will determine both the start of your rent payment and the move-in date.
The rent includes heating, electricity, water, furniture and bus ticket. The apartment is also equipped with basic supplies, such as kitchen essentials. Equipment can vary in different apartments. Tenants are required to bring their own personal hygiene items, such as towels, bed linen and similar necessities.
The bus ticket is valid for one month at a time and is registered to the tenant’s name. It is included in the rent and can be used freely on the Seinäjoki–Ilmajoki route, with no limit on the number of journeys. Bus timing table: https://www.matkahuolto.fi/en.
The agreed rent is conditional upon the tenants accepting to share a room with several other persons, and that the occupants may change during the rental period. The landlord has the right to freely place a new tenant to replace a previous one.
The tenant is not allowed to sublet the apartment/room or accommodate other persons in the premises. All rental agreements must always be made with the landlord. The landlord has the right to carry out inspections of the apartment without prior notice in order to ensure that only the agreed tenants are living there. If it is discovered that other persons have been accommodated in the apartment, the responsible tenant will be required to pay a fine of 300 €.
